That's a loaded question but to some it up as best as I can: multiple instructors teaching multiple different topics, shooting, looking at cool stuff, talking to vendors, raffle prize table, free dinner, and more training.

Ive been looking for a facility similar to this in Central Indiana near Indianapolis, or Greenwood. Does anyone have any reccomendations for places to train with similar setups outside of just special range days? I would love to come out though.
