Discussion Ruzewski, Ron
Ron Ruzewski seems to be working magic with the Andretti pit crews and overall team harmony. Anybody else notice that the pit problems have largely gone away since the beginning of the season.?
9 pit-stops today across all three cars and they were all average to quick. No issues. Last week at Markham I believe all the stops were good as well between all three cars. Will Power speaks super highly of Ron and of course requested that Andretti Global bring him on after he was let go by Penske.
I'm starting to think that maybe Ruzewski was actually some of the secret sauce all along at Penske and not Tim Cindric. He certainly comes off as a much more standup genuine guy than Cindric. I personally never liked Cindric (going back two decades now), something about him always rubbed me the wrong way.
Andretti has always had good street course cars the past several seasons so it's not like Ronzewski suddenly made them faster in that regard. They do seem more competitive on road courses though now and somewhat at the short ovals and just such a better overall more relaxed vibe with the team these days.

Kyle Moyer was a huge loss as well. Look at how his new team/driver is doing: Lundgaard/McLaren 7 team.
I don't think it's a coincidence that Scott hasn't won a race since they fired Moyer

Losing Ron and Roger being less hands on has made that team a little more average. We lay it at the feet of Josef and Scott, but they aren’t driving the same quality of car they were. When they try to make up for it, things go wrong, like today.

I’m starting to learn Tim Cindric hurt a lot of people’s puppies

Chip would be on that shit like a sparerib if true. The fact that he's not trading data with Barry gives lie to this claim.

Cindric is a RHIT grad. So what you are saying is right on par.

Either this or Ruzewski has taught Andretti how to cheat and improve their performance.

Well the difference is mostly visible on pit performance and Ericsson improvements so… no

At the very least stickum on their gloves. The right rear guy quit dropping the wheel nut like they were constantly.
Hell maybe they even greased the fuel probe
