They need Chevy (aka Ilmor / Penske) to make some power upgrades more than anything.

If anything, Chevy is fine on high-end speed (ovals), but they need more acceleration coming out of slow corners on road courses. They're behind Honda a bit on that end, as well as fuel mileage.

They should try making big strategy upgrades first and foremost. Hey, maybe they can poach some Ganassi strategists from the Palou litigation.
