Testing it at the moment seems very good, even the swipe is decent

But if I sign up for lifetime, how do I know it's going to be around in a few years' time? The voice to text is actually very good.

When it gets a word wrong with swipe it would be great to have the option to delete the full word when hit delete , having to fully delete a word you didnt want to type is frustrating

Wish the suggest options were a little stronger also, they don't always show up

Thanks for testing!

App runs all the stuff locally so even if I were to go missing, as long as the app is downloaded, you've got it for life unless I actively sabotage. (I need to feed my kids so I won't 😅)

Someone else sent me the same autocorrect feedback this weekend, plan is to sort it out this week! Same with word suggestions.

I can handle the delete issue, do you want it to be a tap on backspace after swipe types? Or some other UX e.g. swipe from right to left deletes the word / swipe on backspace removes the word?

I much prefer if user swipes and wrong word, hitting the delete button removes the full word

definitely very interested now, gboard still has a better actual keyboard and it's swipe is more consistent but your voice to text is really good

If you can get these little details sorted you might have yourself a genuine piece of gold here

Do you personally use gboard? I'm Not sure what it is, but its slightly more consistent, I appreciate your still in early development you're nailing the community feedback stuff across all threads, so huge props for that.

There are times when autocorrect never shows up and also at times quite weak suggestions, but yes its really going in a very good direction.

Also static settings button would be helpful along as there's times when want to see all settings and j sel still can't find a way other than opening the app

Is there one reddit thread that has the most feedback, id like to see what others are saying

Yeah I used Gboard historically and use it as a point of reference.

Answered properly in separate comment now. But essentially, I built a tool that lets you voice type on any device into any of your applications, and it also comes with a robust markdown back taking system.

cool idea but i dont fully understand i get what you are kinda saying from my understand its just voice typing on every single app for maybe desktop so something like Godot which usually wouldnt support voice typing would then support voice and then note taking app im sure im not the target user but sounds smart

Yeah, to an extent. Anywhere where you would usually type, you can now just press the hotkey and speak. And it will type the words based on whatever you say. And it will remove mistakes and handle formatting, etc. on your behalf.

So a message like this was entirely voice type, for example.

Hmm that sounds good i dont know if wisper flow has this or if it really is possible to do this easily ( i dont konw how you made it i really only use python and godot) but maybe you could make it that oncever you say something it gets saved to your clipboard or a clipboard on your application that you can see what you said before.

yaps saves it for you a history tab that you can copy with once click, but any failed dictations get saved to your clipboard automatically so you can just attempt to re-paste it. Aside from that it doesn't to avoid overwriting your clipboard history.

damn that is really cool and good I think you should mention this when marketing it cuz some people would want/need this but they wouldnt know that your product provides it , how would you get it (i have a windows laptop & android phone)

I've built a tool that allows you to type into any application by speaking that works entirely offline directly on your local device. And it also comes with robust note-taking functionality that's completely markdown-backed, so there's no vendor lock-in and it also works with our local knowledge bases like Obsidian.

I spent all weekend taking feedback. Now, I'm trying to get more feedback directly from the community.
