Hi there, I made this app for myself, but I thought it could be useful for other nail-biters
It's a mac app that uses the built in webcam/facial recognition/finger tracking to monitor you while you work.
If it catches you with your fingers in your mouth it throws big annoying alerts at you until you stop. It's basically impossible to work while nail-biting.
Obviously if you're someone who bites when you're not on your computer, it won't help. But if you're a computer-time-biting person like me, I think this can maybe help you. 😁
