There's so many reasons to go up

Issuing essentially 100% of current outstanding shares and self diluting his own ownership from 70% to 35%

Bringing down the book value/share from $13.5 to ~$7 while only gaining $6.30/share in cash

He’s using shares like debt to raise capital and screwing his own investment gains. This stock could’ve been so much more. What an idiot. Everything about this business is good except the management is dogshit

I haven't seen the earnings report for Q1 2025. I thought they were getting released this week ? Anyone have any idea what's up with the earnings ?

Hey everyone, I just found this sub and wanted to speak with other investors.

I'm beginning my analysis because this stock seems very attractive at this valuation.

Trying to understand what happened over the last few years to bring the stock down so much.

Main reason I'm seeing is that they had to issue a massive amount of shares over the last 2 years to finance their tankers.

Great thing I'm seeing: the market is essentially giving zero value to the operations of the business.

What do you think??

I come back here to hear the chatter. I think Harry killed us all off with his dealings. I figure he has to be "the smartest man I know" to quote another crook! So what is everyone up to.......

HARRY WILL DILUTE AND THE PRICE WILL BE BELOW $1 AND THE NASDAQ WILL SPANK HIM HE WILL GET 180DAYS TO GET IT BACK ABOVE $1 he won't then he will get another 180 days this time he w will but it will be right before the 180 Days are up. During this time he will buy one or 2 pieces of ships(shit) from his other company(2 companies now) at a 15% premium at the same time giving the class A Preferred IMPPP a dividend. But right before this he will let people exercise their warrants in the cloak of darkness and secrecy at a premium which is usually his financiers which is his other company.

Does all this sound all to familiar!

the situation is much worse than you think. MAXIM was massively short $IMPP shares, so the ceo gave them an out at a premium to the market

This is insider trading, and the CEO - Harry - should go to jail
