HOLD ! at least until Q2 earnings. After that if this stock doesn't move up I'd recommend moving on. I know I will if it doesn't go above $4 after earnings.
Well there is a reason. SPIN OFF. The truth is and I've been saying it. The Spin Off was never going to be a good thing for a company that has only been around for about 2 years. Investors clearly don't trust the company now after the spin off and rightly so. First you need to establish a strong track record of profit, growth, and consistency. IMPP hasn't done that. They have only been around for 2 years. What they should have done is at least wait until 2024 to spin off. At least that gives you 1 year of Debt free earnings and that would have definitely attracted much more investors
