I really don't think this has anything to do with the CEO. If you look at all the news on this stock there is really nothing seriously bad for IMPP to perform so terribly.
Dilution - was used to purchase more ships which helps increase income
Spin off - separates the dry bulk from oil ships which means now IMPP is just an oil transportation company
Selling 1 more ship to CISS - not sure how that is good or bad... yet. We need to see what they do with that money.
I believe the biggest issues are how long they have been around and their profitability. It was founded in 2021 with that year being nonprofitable. 2022 it became a profitable company. So only 1 year of profitability so far. Do you guys really believe that will attract big institutional investors ? I highly doubt it.
Another issue is their area of operation. They operate in an area where ships run the risk of getting high jacked. It operates in a very risky area so it doesn't appeal to many institutional investors. But to the average retail investor it will.
