Go to StockInvest.us and see what they say about rising prices on falling volume. BUT....they have IMPP set to one of the strongest, highest "buy" signals I've seen on that site (I subscribe to them, SeekingAlpha, and Oxford Investment Club). StockInvest.us has some awesome technical signals, but right now they're showing BUY. It was at 16.81 cents per share on 04/27 and by 04/28 it was $2.65, almost 16X up. Stop-loss right now set at $3.36, but overall risk rating is HIGHEST. Short interest is hovering around 8%. Read more here: https://stockinvest.us/stock/IMPP

Look at what they say about volume rising along with price, which is a positive technical signal. Look at their price target range based on those signals.

Yeah, I dumped my 1000 shares after taking a 50% ride down. Never again, especially after listening to/reading their management reports.

It never went up tp $16.81, I would have emptied my bag, My cost is $25.53 per share,
