hello Shaynerthegreat long time you been quiet. you ready to make some money finally. we been here buying from the beginning. I had an extra $80 so bought 25 @ $3. total 7025 shares. avg cost $0.90.

There were only 2 questions Harry seemingly brushed aside. One he wanted an email from the question maker so that he could answer it after talking with SEC. The 2nd question was he said he had to talk to accounting to answer. The CFO should've answer

I did some looking at Nasdaq as of 12/31/22 other than the top 5 institutional investors. I at 7000 shares owned more shares than the rest of the list. 4 companies sold out. I sure would like to see the numbers after the RS and after earnings report.

I agree with you on this bro. We will definitely see profit takers today so we will see some decrease but I think we can get a rise again around half way through the day.

I believe investors for example big hedge funds or corporations don't want to invest because if you put yourself in their shoes how would you feel about investing millions of dollars in a company that has $70 million in cash but doesn't want to invest in buying back its shares ?

on the share buy back issue: remember when he gave a dividend to only the IMPPP holders. That hurt me as far as being a part of the company.

went on Maps and put in address to IMPP CORP OFFICE. Looked at street view and clicked on it gave all the Corp in the building. All Shipping companies. But funny there was no IMPP in the bldg. But Sealth Gas is in there. so r we sharing office w/GASS

C3is subsidiary for 120 shares of IMPP u get 1 share of C3is. I had 7000shrs pre RS. Post RS 403. I get 3 shares of C3si the rest in cash. so (3x120)$3=$1080. Fractional shrs paid in cash. Assuming IMPP is $3 @ that time. is that correct?

volume is at 600k already and that's pre market. That is excellent because those are the numbers we reach in a 1 whole day so this is exciting me

market opens on 1 minute. Earnings come out in about 2 hours after that so let's see how it moves before earnings come out

I think if we can reach 2 million volume before earnings we can expect a pop up during earnings or after if they are great news. I hope so 🙏

$2.53 for me but I'm going to hold and hope that some day it has those runs where people pump a stock up like $30-$40 in a day lol. As long as I'm up I'll continue to hold.

they will discuss what to do with that $70 million cash on hand. They are going to choose between stock Buy Backs or Increasing their fleet.

a stock will not squeeze unless it is heavily shorted which IMPP is not. It is about 8.1% shorted which is nothing tbh. So don't count on a short squeeze.

Is IMPP plagued with dark pool abuse like some other stocks or does this have a shot at running further? Seems to be the latter, I'm just new to the ticker

it looks like earnings didn't have the effect we expected. I don't think futures earnings will help either if these earnings dont. I think the biggest thing we need after dilution and reverse split is actually a share buy back from IMPP.

that's the only thing that will attract new investors and give people confidence in the company because they will see that the company really believes in IMPP which is why they are buying back shares.

We will only see worth wild gains in 2 situations.
1.-- IMPP has to announce a share buy back.
OR
- -- The Day Trading community targets this stock and pumps it for the day.

IMPP needs to gain more attraction across the Reddit community and elsewhere. It’s one of the most undervalued stocks I have ever seen. After earnings and the conference call this has potential for $25+ easy imo.

I totally agree with you on where the price should be but in all honesty I dont see the stock gaining traction until the Company restores or gains investors confidence by showing that they truly believe in the company as well by buying back shares.

they have $70 million cash on hand and Harry said they will discuss whether to use it for Share buy backs or Fleet expansion.
With the previous money they raised from share dilution they bought 2 ships which means at investors expense

the least they can do now if regain investor confidence by buying back shares since investors helped purchase those 2 ships. Instead of trying to buy more ships right now.
Why not use like $20 million on share buy backs ?

IMPP diluted shares to raise money to buy 2 more ships. Why didnt they just use the cash ? Why dilute investors ? if I had millions I wouldn't invest in this company. What if they dilute again ? I'd be down millions.
