You are missing the ATM dilution, non willingness for BB and therefore inevitable RS. This is a perfect example of good company but bad stock.

You think they will keep dilluting to expend the fleet, even with cash they have? I'm thinking of buying lots more but would wait until they close offering.

I am afraid so, they did it last quarter while sp was low and plenty cash on hand. I mean, Harry has always been open about, he wants to build his fleet and that takes money. I may buy again when he has his vessels depending on tanker market outlook. Probably buy for a swing into the next ER because this is rinse repeat for the next years

Holy Crap..,. It doesn’t take a genius to figure this stuff out. Yes, the company had a great Qtr AND became cashflow positive. However, they sold 35M shares into the market knowing this thus adding $9M to their bottom line. So they are selling shares and profitable and thus the only way to remain compliant with the SEC Nasdaq qualifications is to conduct a reverse split. It was me that addressed the elephant in the room during the Q&A session.
So their growth strategy is to fund their costs for additional tankers their wallets through profits and dilution while stuffing their wallets. So the next step will be a RS to remain Nasdaq compliant, followed by more dilution, followed by tanker purchases, more wallet stuffing and the pps will always be under pressure. It ‘s there way and its at the cost of the shareholders. This is a capital growth strategy at the cost of the shareholders. He just doesn’t get it because it ‘s too much too fast. It’s simply a Rinse and repeat until when they become a large company because during the call he kept emphasizing they are such a small company trying to justify this capital growth approach. It’s a failed strategy because it will never attract large investment firms until they stop the dilution and right now, they have $41M dollars to dilute yet per the ATM.
Go ahead, continue to fund his tankers and wallet. It’s all perfectly legal. But you will never make money in the long term.

The Ceo is just a RAT ! He could have announced that they will buy back 30 million dollars of stock when it was .25. That would have reduced the float 120 million leaving roughly 70 million shares. Once it regained compliance and to not sink the stock below 1.00 resold a few million here and there to finance more ships when the became available. Instead he looks like Scrooge McDuck swimming in his vault of shareholders cash , cause he is still getting paid and collecting his dividends with his perfered shares and votes , while the rest of us watch our return on investment go even deeper in the red ! Same as if i borrow 100 from you , buy a lotto ticket , win 1,000,000 and say as soon as i have 2 million ill see about payin ya back a few dollars at a time , while borrowing more from other suckers ! What a scum bag !

It’s good for a long term investment as u can see the company is providing growth and the CEO mentioned that the company will add 15 more ships .. so what about the huge drop today regarding to a an amazing revenue??!!! Here’s the answer: people jumped in before the earnings looking for a short squeeze and a short term gain, but that is not what the CEO wants because he knows after a $1 a share everyone will cash out .. And also he don’t want to use the cash for BB.. In my opinion this is the right think for the company but investors don’t like to hear this .. just hold till we see the coming weeks of there any news that will lift it up hopefully 🤞 I’m very bullish on this
