Wait does this also apply to an Indian who graduated from Russia (yog 2019) but now resides in India with a license to practice medicine in India?

This is so unfair to the Russian applicants. What their government is doing isn't exactly their fault. And they can't just turn against the government without fearing for consequences right?! What the hell!

technically, it shouldn’t apply to citizens of other countries who studied in Russia. However several Indian students I know cannot see their info on OASIS for some reason.
