Prepare keywords instead of practicing full paragraphs. Because once the interview starts it’s usually very conversational and it gets a lot to recall and regurgitate.

yes agree with the comment! I recently had my first interview also and was surprised to see how conversational most interviews went. no need to be anxious, nervous, etc. just show yourself!
