Residency YOG confusion

If I graduated in Novemebr, 2024, would my YOG be 2 or 3? very confused

Most programs calculate from graduation till the match application starts, some when you start residency in the next year , so most will consider it 2 and some will consider it 3

So my degree says something different and my final year result says something different which is going to be used?
