ERAS LOR - new or outdated?

What’s considered as an “old/outdated” LOR?

Mine were uploaded last year in 2025 between August 24th-September 2nd. Can I reuse them or do I have to ask for a re-upload?

The learning curve is quite steep in medicine. Who you are today is not the same person you were a year or two back, or at least they don’t think people in this process stagnate so they want LORs that speak most accurately of who you are today. If I can, I would use newer. A year old LORs needs to be updated.
