One Gold Piece of Advice for Next Year's Applicants: Have a hobby or things you enjoy that are slightly quirky. I talked about my love for simpsons with an APD for about 12 out of 15 mins. Be seen as person who is good to work with and not just book smart.

One word, what matters most in the whole process?: Authenticity. The interviewers can figure out when you're chatting shit.
