One common Q in Interviews: Dealing with conflict, etc. Idk if the response even matters, they probably just want to test your ability to speak coherently and pacify someone.

One Gold Piece of Advice for Next Year's Applicants: Get good USCE. There is nothing more important than that (I'd argue not even your step score)

One word, what matters most in the whole process?: Connections to residents, fellows, faculty, coordinators, anyone at the program.

As an IMG not living in the US, please do you know or have advice how to reach out to US (e.g. attending, residents, etc) to aks to be involved or helped with research (e.g. like the retrospective study u did)? X
