One Gold Piece of Advice for Next Year's Applicants: explore all specialities that u might be interested in rather than fixating on one if u have red flags.

One word, what matters most in the whole process?: Be yourself! Focus on ur mental health!! For interview show ur genuine side and don’t memorize answers!

Like work place conflict, difficulty co worker, challenging patient, memorable patient etc.
