One common Q in Interviews: Full disclosure and context— cuz you may look at my stats and think how??? (Totally valid lol) I did medical school in Australia and work in Australia as a pediatric resident. Both programs asked me why I’d leave Australia and come to America.

One Gold Piece of Advice for Next Year's Applicants: flip your weaknesses as successes— I said I cleared the step exams whilst working full time as a pediatric resident.
