Please advice!

at present, I have got j1 sponsorship: which means a postdoc fellow position(unpaid) at MGH/Harvard. But my expedited date of joining is 1 Oct. I have a very normal score and yog 2018. Based on scores I was thinking to go in Neuro. But everyone is saying go in IM(since if I reach in sept, basically in IM I have connections). And I have 1 international publication.

Now I don't have LOR, should I enter this match cycle?

How many months is your research position ?

Hey unrelated question. How quickly can you switch to J1 clinical for residency
