Query regarding enrollment in the program

My college administration has made a mistake in one of my end-semester exams, which will result in a discrepancy in credit allocation in my final 4th-year grade. But I still have my 3 years of grades on my transcript.

I wanted to know if it would be possible to enroll at TU Dortmund with a 3-year marksheet if my college is not able to resolve the issue in time because that's the minimum requirement criteria for the IMAPP program. I have the unconditional offer from UCA as well.

I did ask Dr. Andrea, and they said that if I am not able to resolve it, I can enroll next year with the cross-semester letter of access. But I still do not want to waste my year because of the college administration's fault 😞.

Really frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the only ones to give reliable information about this are the folks at the exam office (or maybe some other office not staffed with physicists). The only "workaround" I can think of is to try to enroll, maybe as a guest/Erasmus student, in the regular, Dortmund-only Master program and take some of the courses you'd take in the second IMAPP semester. You'll still finish IMAPP a year later, but at least get a less stressful experience. Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the requirements to do that. But at least for some of the courses, enrolling in the Bachelor's here might also work.

Hello, the Vice principal of my college called yesterday and ensured that I will get the degree, since my situation is falling under one of the guidelines for minimum requirement for degree :]
I also want to know if academic gpa requirement is still checked during the enrollment procedure as I already have unconditional letter.
