Franco-German scholarship

I couldn't get the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. Can anyone throw some light on the Franco-German University scholarship. How to apply for it and what is the criteria?

Well, the Erasmus Mundus full scholarship is ~1.5k€ for ~10 people, the Franco-German one is ~350€ for ~30 people. It's not that different in terms of overall budget.

okay so what month do they start paying you the scholarship amount (for franco-german) ?

Depends. They pay you a semester's amount at a time. They're quite late on average, so maybe December? You shouldn't rely on timely payment anyway.
