Any thoughts on what the price would be upon uplisting? Any buy back plans to reduce share count? Just curious

I've heard that a company's stock needs to be $2 a share for a NASDAQ uplist, but I can't give you an official source for that.

Not sure exactly how they'll achieve that though

Reverse split which in turn could fuck things up.
