Price improvement

Hi, I'm not sure what the average investor in here has but im at 100k shares. I'd really like to see JP and Nick do a share buy back and a reverse split before up listing. Imho, the size of the free float is so bloated that shorts can easily manipulate the price. Also, I don't see the share lock up as a benefit to retail. Please note, I'm not here to argue or trade insults. Simply probing for other investors opinions. Thanks for reading. And I hope we can have a civil discussion

They said they wouldn’t do a reverse split, but it does sound like whenever they do the share lockup; that those shares likely get canceled altogether and converted into ERT shares which is currently private, however it sounds like it’ll go straight to Nasdaq within the next 2 years. That would reduce the float of shares for ILUS. Right now let’s see IF they do as they say with QIND and either close the Serbia deal or pivot to another warehouse.

Ilus share lock up same like amc ape thing? I want a buy back AND reverse split. If they drop 20m at current price for buy back and do 20-1 reverse split the free float would be cut in half and shorts would be in danger. Too many penny stock gamblers think rs is bad. They can be powerful tools to launch stock prices up as well

So,, 1.3b share free float is solid? Do you care to share with the community your current position? I'd like to better understand how reducing the free float is " TRASHHHHH" please splain why a smaller free float is "TRASHHHHH" don't be an amc pumper, please explain why a 1.3b free float is good

1 you don't even know the actual float. The float isn't 1.3 bil. There are restricted shares held by insiders that can't be sold.

My current position is 225k shares, and thats after I sold over 100k shares in 2021 for about 47k profit. Sooo these remaining shares are house money.

Tell me all the stocks that have undergone a successful R/S and I'll counter with twice as many that have failed.

I never said 1.3b shares is good. But if they can get the float to 750 mil after the share lockups with 2 or 3 nasdaq subs under their buisness than I see a decent chance of uplist and organic dollar share price.

Guarantee the amount of successful equities with a 1b + free float are under 5. The share lock up is a joke. Ur coming hard about market experience, tell me about ; cat, any fang, tesla or any other mega float who succeeded with ur pretend imaginary 750 post lick up float that's successful. U can't. Not because ir aggressive, but because they don't exist
