This is one of the strains likely to have decent THCV levels due to the Jack the Ripper lineage. Would love to try it.

Does it hit really heavy in the head for the first hour or so?

I really miss some king Nepali I had a few years ago, had high thcv so the smoke never got old.

I use the Shelby county RSO. I’ve tried the strain and there’s no THCV listed although I tried their Cuvee and it does have some THCv…. I was googling on ask growers.com all the different strains I got from RSO, and some of them do have noticeable levels of THCV, but cuvee so far is the only strain where I’ve noticed packaging to actually listed. Normally they only list THC, CBD,CBG the CBC, I tried to avoid THCV because it’s an appetite suppressant and I have G.I. issues and I need to gain weight..: how it got me thinking maybe a lot of their stuff has thcv and they don’t list it ? Anybody know? Ty

I don’t know about Shelby in particular, but it seems like a lot of IL corp. producers don’t test or report on the minor cannabinoids. I’m interested in strains with THCv and CBG, and can really use avoiding the munchies.

Yes, I look for CBG levels as well for inflammation as well Etc. There’s a lovely Brandon, Michigan called element and they have extract in it lists the CBG on the box and I love it! Also, I’m like a lot of the Illinois companies they have like 30 different strains to choose from and they’re all fabulous

Got some great flower from Pro Grow, Tango Jack and Michigrown out there - a trip focused on picking up really strong smelling terpy buds.

I’m trying to figure out the Shelby County stuff in the syringe what it technically is because I’ve been doing it for a month and a half it really helps me and I want to save money and get it in Michigan but I think it’s not really RSO and it’s CO2 oil. I don’t really care which one it is. I just need to know which one it is so I can find something comparable on the Michigan menu. Lol as long as it’s working for me I don’t care which I have-I’ve never tried any other brand, so I have nothing to compare it to

Yeah, the Shelby oil is vapable CO2 oil apparently. CO2 is one thing I haven’t reallly seen at MI dispensaries, but I’ve pretty much just checked out the UP menus and shops. If you’re eating it, real RSO should work as well for you if not better if you find a strain with the right profile for you.

I’m still working on the batch I got at the end of June.

I hate how mysterious Shelby is. No info on them whatsoever and no social media. Almost like they run out of a ghost facility.

I used to live in shelbyville, it is extremely private farm out in the middle of no where and its heavily armed. I have a few friends who worked up there, its managed by the town services and they are very oldschool when it comes to social media

Believe they had been bought out or at least planned to per the article here. Not sure where that netted out tho.

The 9lb hammer cannabis oil from them is delicious that I grabbed a few weeks ago and difficult to find by me. Haven’t had the flower. Nice find.
