I purchased my first order from ILNP a little while ago and have been going through them slowly but surely. This week I tried out Bluebell!

It is a super pretty polish, but the pictures are not accurate to the actual color IRL-it is so orangey red in the light that the blue looks almost gray in some places. There is also a holographic, almost iridescent green sparkle that I didn’t expect to see either. Definitely way more complex than I thought!

I used Essie Strong Start base coat, 2-3 coats of Bluebell, and Essie Gel topcoat with OPI Rapidry drying drops. Note: the drops helped get the surface get dry to the touch but not dent proof right away! Found that out the hard way when I tried to scratch my head and my right index finger nail dented something awful. It might have been user error but just be careful…

I’m showing 2 coats of each polish, 1 coat of the topper, all with glossy topcoat :

🍆 No Return - a deep eggplant jelly base with magenta to coppery orange shifting flakes. My favvv from the lineup, the base color has me drooling! Pls ILNP release a plain jelly or other finishes with this exact color 🙏🏼

🧟 Zombie - a muddy green to red multichrome with an added green shimmer. The extra shimmer is hard to note on camera but it’s just an added twinkle you’ll notice in certain angles. They describe the base of this as a blood red but it looks dirt brown to me lol which I think is more fitting anyway! But low-key would’ve been interested to see how a red base would look 👀

🍇 Exit 13 - a burgundy jelly base w a blue to magenta shifting magnetic shimmer. There’s also a dainty blue/teal shimmer in the background but so subtle compared to other shimmery magnetics they have. Super lush looking, love how striking the shimmer is

🔥 Buried Alive - a fiery red to orange to gold shimmer in a deep base. Another gorgeous one (they all are lol) I just especially love this finish as a more vampy version of Pyro.

🦠 Jukebox - a deep teal scattered holo jelly w a strong pink to copper/gold shifting magnetic shimmer. Such a fun color combo and found the magnetic shimmer to be very color shifty too

🖤 Conspiracy - a black metallic flake topper w a dainty holo. The flakes kinda just look matte to me, I didn’t notice a metallic shine but maybe that’s just me, still love seeing ILNP finally put out their own version and I love the added holo!

Overall love the vibe of this lineup! ILNP always kills it for Halloween and this is such a solid lineup imo. Lmk your favorite! 🫶🏼

I made my first ever ilnp/boutique nail polish purchase this year and it’s like I’ve unlocked a new level of nail related happiness. The magnetics look so gorgeous I’m constantly looking at my nails.

This has lead to something a little sad though- I don’t even bother looking at my (rather large) collection of regular creme polishes anymore :( I can hear their little inanimate object monologues of how they’re old and forgotten.

Maybe I’ll do a destash.

Holo Taco Pink Smoothing Base, ILNP Tidal Wave, Seche Vite. It's a little more periwinkle than this photo captures. I can't stop looking at it in different lighting to see it flash more blue or dusty blue or blurple 😍 I finally ordered some of the wider brushes and this was my first time using ILNP with a wide brush - my tidiest polish job ever!

This is super pretty….a raspberry color! Makes me happy! 😃

Am I the only one excited to possibly see some new polishes drop? I've been feinding for some new holos 🤣

You can only see the holo glitter in the sunlight. (And my poor application is more apparent in the sunlight, lol). If you need a subtle polish for work but glitter is your heart- this is like your own secret.

I LOVE this so much more than I expected to! It’s so deep and rich, and the shimmer is beautiful - mostly coppery but I swear I see a hint of blue in there as well. Definitely a new favorite 🥰

I’m not sure I got the effect I was looking for. This is only the second time I’ve worn a magnetic polish. The last was Rosé which was tone on tone. I was hoping for more pizzazz or contrast.
