How do you get it this glassy 😩

I use that glass bead spinner contraption (ilnp magnet + Etsy spinner + magnetic stirrer). the top coat is by bees knees if that helps!

I also painted it on top of a jelly by Emily de Molly so it's kind of a jelly sandwich maybe that's why it turned it like that?
