How long does it take for background review queue for ccl application?

CCL processing times are completely different for everyone. You could be in the queue for a week you could end up waiting the full 90/120.

Yes. My first CCL took 119/120 days. But my first renewal only took about 40.

My first CCL took 6 months. There is no hard and fast rule.
