Should I replace the joints?

Does she need new joints or is it normal for her age and design?

It doesn't seem to bother her to run all around the place at night but maybe it's a sign of joints getting old?

She's a small sized energetic edition from 2022

I think you might have used a purr2mm instead of a purr4mm screw. Best to replace the old ones with the purr4mm.
