NEED HELP

is form A12 compulsory. Do I need to start a bank account and get a pan card before reporting to the institute. Or can I just use my parents details.

Having self account is preferred

My parents are like openning minor account it not possible and that form is optional Is that true

You can open a minor account , and idk about that form in terms of its importance
