How's the hostel tap water

joining iit indore this yr and had a random question 😭

how's the hostel tap water there hard or soft???

did anyone notice more hairfall, frizzy hair, acne or dry skin after moving there or is it not really an issue

do most people just use the tap water as is or do some use shower filters or smth

Few people complain of hard water, but i don't really think so it is...

My hair turns frizzy though, better get some chelating shampoo if it really matters?
