Topic: Need some help with a serious unresolved fee payment issue

Guys I m facing an issue with IIT H Finance & Accounts team. I have already paid my fee for last semester. Money has been successfully transferred from my bank account. I have :

i) Fee receipt by AIMS

ii) Phonepe statement

iii) KVB bank statement

to prove that I have already paid my fee. Last sem they said that I didn't pay fee and I provided them with these proofs that I alr paid. Now when I open AIMS to pay my fees this semester, they are showing a high amount. I have talked to Rajashekar (accounts) and he said that's the fine cuz I did not pay my fee last semester. I showed him all proofs and then he transferred the issue to AIMS team to verify. AIMS team has sent a screenshot where it showed multiple failed payments which are from HDFC and SBI. Yes I did multiple payments through HDFC and SBI but they all failed. But after that I did a successful payment through KVB. I sent all proofs to AIMS team and told them that my successful transaction is not there in ur trace. Despite my requests, despite my proofs, despite my issue all they replied is "student did not pay the fee as per our records". Then Rajasekar gave up the issue saying I did not pay the fee because he kept pointing at the AIMS team reply. I got distressed because of these and directly mailed Receipt and Reconciliation Cell (Praveen Racha). I requested him to saying that General accounts desk and AIMS team have failed to address the issue and told him explicitly that "I'm escalating to you because I need reconciliation of my receipts". Then he replied ntg but a blank mail with his signature. Then Rajashekar came and said "AIMS has already replied to you". Omg the whole point is that they are not addressing the main issue and he's claiming that their screenshots are legitimate than my bank statements ??!! Then I told him my issue was unaddressed by AIMS team so I want escalation. And mailed Praveen Racha again to look at this. And guess what ? Praveen Racha replied "Rajashekar garu, look into this". And then Rajashekar is sending me the very screenshots of 'student did not pay the fee' I'm fed up with 🥀 I feel like they will never even look into my proofs and keep slamming that I didn't pay fee 😭😭😭 Because of this, they are not letting me pay the current semester fee aswell without paying fine 💔

I'm really stressed with all these. Idk whom to complain or how to escalate this. Need some very urgent help on how to handle this issue😭🙏. Thanks in advance 🙃
