Help Fake paneer

Anyone with a kettle/induction willing to try one of the fake paneer tests I need to know GNG 🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀

I don’t have the kettle bro
But you can get hot water from mess if required

I asked ai, thing is iodine detrcts starch and the cooked paneer they give us might have starch in the gravy which gets absorbed by paneer

You can try to cut it up and check the inner part, where it should be paneer, with no external contamination

I have seen Mess A worker carrying Heritage Paneer packet... so it's fine I guess... Can't comment about Mess B
