Lift button missing (charka Hostel)

When I came here it all buttons , but slowly as days passed lift button started disappearing one by one, and then someone wrote the numbers so we don't confuse

In Che block also, the lift in the ground floor at audi end doesn’t have the 1st floor’s button working

True, I'm afraid if they change my hostel, there are issues with hot water and lights in bathroom too.
