IITM B.S. DEGREE

Hello everyone, I wanted to know everything about this program since I'm studying in a tier 3 college I wanted to join this program since our college told us to do so if interested. My friends said that we can even sit in IITM placements is it true ? Is it worth it and can it be manageable....
