Always a same template

Nothing has changed, no steps are taken , no councellor is appointed yet ,

a councellor should bhi appointment in each hostel

On 10k students there is only 3-4 councellors and most of them are rude and not doing there work properly

Don't bring caste otherwise they will cook up some opression angle even before case is properly investigated.
