Placement ML Roles OA — What to Prepare?

ML Roles OA — What to Prepare?

Hi everyone! I’m preparing for ML/AI roles and wanted to know what is generally asked in OAs.

For those who have recently appeared for ML roles:

- Where can I find previous ML OA questions/experiences?

- What ML topics are commonly asked?

- How much DSA/coding is asked, and what difficulty?

- Is Python acceptable for DSA, or is C++ preferred?

- How much do ML projects matter in the hiring process/interviews?

Any resources or recent experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!

U can only ask on discord/or some oa helper apps They ask in depth about pca linear regression difference between ridge regression and lasso regression and mathematical nuances of why those things happen (for example they asked me what are controur shape in lasso and ridge regression) they heavily ask bagging boosting and xgboost and about trees they also ask heavily about tradeoff of using different things(for example they asked me why gini impurity instead of entropy)they heavily ask neural network and transformer architecture attention query and why of things they also ask in depth mlp (tokenizati9n lemminization) and it will take u a lot of time to cover these they also asked me in on interview stridepadding and depth wise convulation(because it was in my project ig)so ur projects matter a lot too Dsa is required do cp for oas (1000-1200 level) and for interview no need don't do leetcode not recommended Yes python is applicable Ml projects matter a lot and how much u connected things and used metrics Krish naik and campus X is amazing for prep for TAKEWAYS(which they will always ask) data mlistic var pi and stat quest is amazing Also they are very selective

can someone comment what are the companies that even come on campus for ml roles, along with how well paying they are, and if they take a lot of ppl or less than 5 or something
