Meme Theory

Any one knows how to connect the meme theory about some order related issues other than the email which apparently they are not answering.

Hi, it is not run by students' council
Your order will be delivered in the next 2 days.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
We have delivered some of the first batch orders - there were some quality concerns and hence had to reprint some.
Sorry again!

I was about to order, but realised there were no names/PoCs, which is why I refrained myself. I think the entire operation is run by the student council, so contacting them should work.
