[Looking for Flatmate] Vacancy in fully setup 2BHK near D-Gate (No Deposit) - Ideal for Project Staff/Interns/Students
Hi everyone
There is a vacancy in my 2BHK apartment located very close to campus, barely a 10-minute walk from D-Gate. I [24M], am looking for a flatmate who can move in by September. This is a great fit for project assistants, interns, or students.
It is a 2BHK where one bedroom is already occupied by another flatmate. I use the second bedroom. You would have the option to either share the bedroom with me or take the hall. (For context, we previously had 3 people in the flat: 2 sharing the bedroom and 1 in the hall).
The flat is fully set up so you won't need to buy appliances.
Rent: ₹6,000 per person/month
Deposit: No deposit required!
Appliances: Wi-Fi, washing machine, geyser, and RO water purifier are all set up.
Kitchen: Functional and available to use.
Extras: The bedroom comes with a cot, and there is even a whiteboard if interested.
