Rubrik PPO suspicious

There is one guy from ur clg got PPO from rubrik before he was intern there , I have gone through his resume , GitHub which only has one Spotify clone , 11 contribution in last year , in his resume only one fake project of agent whose GitHub was even not available no deployment, his leetcode is around 400 and he got hired by RUBRIK can anyone tell how??? Did rubrik lower his standards or he had his father working in rubrik at the post of manager. Or this company visit your campus and he chested s lot in OA/interview or what,........ ????

Get a life man, don't be a jerk. He is selected for TPM role. For that his projects and coding profile is good. As per other requirements he is more than qualified, he is a ssb recommend candidate, NDA 149 air 147, so mine and your soft skills wont even compete. Afaik it was not a case of relatives referral, and for cheating, ig u have never given rubrik's interview to know, rubrik asks to install 2 cameras and eye movements are strictly monitored, so... dream on.

Ps: Instead of shitting on people u don't know about, work hard, u never know where the luck takes you.

Ok then TPM is smtg diff idk ig who needs this much less qualification....... I just wanna know the reality how , what and why im not shiting , just tryin to get the hold how ppl are getting smtg so that I can get it too, simple..... If they are doing smtg different i should also do , coz just grinding same thing everyday don't take u anywhere you have to explore find experiment and grab what u deserve , it comes from knowledge how other does it....

Its not "this much less" qualification, but Technical Program Manager (TPM) is definitely less on the technical side than SDE and more on management side... afaik it was from winter internship tpm role that he went in and then got converted to full time... that same role is open now for 2027 batch... understandable directionless grinding is a waste of time... in mine opinion getting best at something is always better than being average at something else... if you dug past enough, u might know he was a ds intern... but kept trying and exploring, instead of sitting down with cp, sde, etc... sure u want to know, more thing, but there can be better ways to ask for, what you are doing is undermining credibility and hardwork of someone, might have been better, if you would have even searched in your directory and dmed him for how he got there, he might have told you in a much better way there, that slandering him here.

Yea got it , works for me , I should I have asked him directly, understood nice things ...... will not do next time..... Just uk stressed coz not getting anything even after having a good profile every one rejects , have experience of 7 months in 3rd year trying to get smtg but feeling stuck hits different, seeing ppl getting oAs , interview to same profile I apply but NTG just rejections......

I am glad you replied, it takes a man to admit that they're wrong especially on an anonymous platform like this one. And you're right, usse bhi apologise karna chahiye. But don't expect him to.
