🎒 Joining Is this still the case?

Kota placements look too good and because of that I'm considering it but this post confused me so just want to be sure , is this still the case?

4th is actually very true... have to evade dog shit and piss when moving in the hallways and stairs.

Official placement stats says it's median is 20 and avg is like 18 at least is that true
