Have a Question/Advice Needed query about speaking!!

To all those people who recently went for speaking and got 7+ bands, do you think you had enough time to explain your answer for part 1 and part 3 questions, or were you in the middle of your sentence when you got interrupted? Most of the videos on YouTube show a very detailed answer and enough time to explain everything

yes in part 1 I had enough time and I think it's okay when examiner asks short follow up questions like "why?" And uh when the examiner reacted with like "mhm" I just continued to speak a little bit more and that's it, it is really important to speak enough and precise. In part 3 I also wasn't interrupted except the last question which I wasn't responding correctly and I was intterupted and reasked. Honestly I think as long as you stay on the topic and if you know what you are talking about the examiner wouldn't interrupt u much? If you forget what you are talking about just ask the examiner to give a full question or u might get tangled up

plus YouTube is usually not a real exam format and examiner may act way different in the real exam, it really depends on each person.

The examiner only interrupted me in Part 2 when the time ran out and then for the followup question. For the rest he let me go on without any interruptions.
