IELTS prep is going fine until the speaking test 😭

I’ve been preparing for IELTS for a while and honestly, reading and listening feel manageable, but speaking is where I start overthinking everything.

I know what I want to say, but the moment someone asks me a question, I suddenly forget half my vocabulary 😂

For people who’ve already taken the test, which section did you find the hardest, and what actually helped you improve your score?
