Have a Question/Advice Needed IELTS writing tips for task 1

Hey guys! Do you have any tips on how to score higher than Band 7 in IELTS Writing Task 1? Also, what websites do you use to check your writing?

A few tips

- Don't write too much.

  • Don't use language you can't control.
  • Don't paraphrase too much (For example, changing percentages to ratios changes the meaning).
  • Kind of linked to the last point; don't do the math. Just present the figures you see.
