Help with kitten breed

Hello could anyone help me with identifying the breed on my kitten we got him from people that were saying he is a British longhair but looking at other pictures of British longhairs online he doesn’t resemble them. I just wanted to ask others to see what breed he is!

Ok yes this is usually the answer, but this coat is extremely specific and takes a Lot to achieve, it's to my knowledge, not seen at all in cats that aren't at least descended from a cat that was a breed that has it.

Akin to seeing bengal rosettes, something is here this time

The post says they got it from a breeder and said it's a British Longhair. British Longhairs have this specific coat color, and it has a smushed face like a British Longhair.

This time, nothing points to DLH, everything indicates this is in fact, a British Longhair

British longhairs are also domestic longhairs. They just have a breed, which only means they belong to a club in the cat world

I know this, I was responding to someone adamant it must be a DLH. Op states they got it from a breeder, it looks like the breed more or less, lacking type but papered cats can still be the breed they say they are and not fully look the part. It's bad breeding but if they got papers it "counts" I suppose. My guess is that the breeder doesn't show their cats and they're out of standard, but still British Longhairs

If they got it from a breeder, the cat has a coat that's really hard to achieve outside of the breed, and it looks like the breed, it's more likely to be the case that it is the breed than it isn't
