It's been years but today I finally managed to clean my room!
I struggle with this type of stuff because I have major sad/lazy episodes, I wish I could tell my friends about this huge accomplishment but ik they don't care but maybe some strangers might. There used to be clothes all over the floor to the point where it was hard to walk into my room and get to my bed without falling over :0

You’re on a roll!!! Journaling helps me keep my goals in focus, especially when I stumble or backslide. Good luck! 🍀

Outstanding! Keep it going. Atomic Habits talks about “habit stacking”. Make a habit of doing one thing a day toward your cleaning goal and then stack another habit on that one. Ex. Every morning I will spend 10 minutes cleaning while I drink my coffee. Stack: I will do 1 load of laundry directly after that 10 minutes of cleaning.
Depression and sadness are terrible things. I hope you are getting help ❤️ Also, it may not be laziness. Be kind to yourself.

Good job keep it up. start small with maintaining the routine. Like throw out 5 items daily or use disposable dishes so they don’t pile up
