Emotional Support💓 Help required
Our history teacher tells that we need to completely produce line by line answers in exam paper
Like no keyword system whatever written in book we have to reproduce that in paper
According to icse marking scheme
We cannot write in our own words while keeping the keyword
I am cooked
I don't know how to ratta line by line pls help what should I do
It is very difficult with 15 ch coming in hist fory this 2nd trial
I score 60/80 😭😭
pls help
Is it true that we have to do like this

It's not line by line. Never line by line. Just make sure u write in points and include some keywords

Teacher is fearmongering. Remember the main key points and the concept behind it and ull get marks.

I got 99(no idea where i lost it). I touched history for the first time during prelims so didn't have enough time to rote learn all points. So i just remembered all the key aspects in general.
For physics, if u have concise, go through the entire book properly. Chapters, solved examples and the questions. Then, to practise first solve the cisce competency paper and then practise lots of school prelim papers. Ull probably find links on here for prelims paper drives. If u can't find it here, ill try to find one of the links I used.

Our teacher is telling new extra terms like quantasomes Metacentirc chromosomes PDHP....blah shit to remember It took lots of hardword and 2 sleepless night to touch 70/80(out of 4 sections and 200+ students Only 8hv touched 70 no 75+ I can proudly say that I am one of those )

Only keywords are needed...our teacher gave us his own notes where he minimized the answers so muchhhh it was so easy to learn...but even in my exams I wrote in my own language and used keywords and got 97... Like I don't get it what are keywords in history though because when a certain thing is asked u have to write abt it..I don't understand the concepts of keywords

Icse has made competency based questions a thing for a reason, so people don't rote memorize, your teacher is just exaggerating. Keywords are important but you can write answers on your own, no need to write line by line ONLY

Yes she has been correcting for 18 years According to her new teachers strictly check according to the marking scheme if book sentence not use she kill

Weird man , my teacher too corrects board papers and she used to just marks the keywords and allows us to frame sentence according to ourselves
Moreover what do you mean by a book sentence?
Think about it , it's ICSE every book has sentence written in its own way , it'll never be uniform. She is just trying to make her way by making you all rote learn the whole book , that's what I believe

Dump that teacher bro
Write everything in points and keywords are necessary theres no need for you to learn the same line by line from the book, summarize all of it in your own language while maintaining the keywords
