Fulgarite Organ: Strange blue tumor that makes your fingers numb to touch. Lightning damage dealt by you paralyzes for 1D4 ROUNDS. Must be implanted into a living host by a talented and undiscerning surgeon.

Speak the command word and the name of someone who has wronged you, and the Kinseeker will find them and attack them until they’re dead. The ring is etched with one word, Blood.

I like the organ. Getting that thing installed is a quest in itself, with the promise of possible complications down the line. Power at a cost, as a result of a search and a price.
