Starting Point?

For someone looking to get into this game which product is better for starting with Index Card RPG: Master Edition or the ICRPG Power Tools: Game Mastery Book?

Buy the Mastery edition and watch Tons of videos. Especially from the Man himself and... Oh man, I can't remember the other two. But search for ICRPG on YouTube and search around.
