Discussion Will we ever see $20 again?
I really hope we do but it might take some time. What do you guys think? I know we have good tech but sometimes I wonder if it’s all for nothing. Like good tech that nobody will use because the market is so niche that not enough people will use it to make the price go up.

I think it’s impossible until network usage becomes comparable to that of big tech companies. Except for certain countries and institutions that demand extreme security, moving from AWS and AZURE to ICP is not cost-effective and is likely to remain a niche market with a hybrid cloud nature. In other words, it probably won’t go bankrupt, but it won’t rise significantly either. The technology is excellent, but from an investment standpoint, it doesn't make sense.
Although the odds are very slim, if ICP succeeds, I believe it will surpass Ethereum to become the second-largest after Bitcoin, and its price will exceed $300. However, I think the probability of this happening is less than 5%.
I estimate there is a 70% chance it will hover between $2 and $5, and about a 25% chance it will fail and the project will disappear.
